Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new student?

Go to the Add tab and tap the + button. Enter the student's name, optional grade, and choose a color to identify them.

Can I sync my data across devices?

Yes. Use Family Sync in Settings to link devices with a family code and keep shared data synchronized.

How do I set up holidays and breaks?

Go to Settings and scroll to the Custom Breaks section. You can add single-day holidays or date ranges for longer breaks like spring break or summer vacation.

Can I track time spent on lessons?

Yes, when marking a lesson complete, you can optionally record how long it took. This time data appears in your progress reports.

How do I export progress reports?

Go to the Progress tab and tap the Export button on any curriculum card. You can share the report via email, save it to files, or print it.

What happens if I delete a student?

Deleting a student will also delete all their schedules and progress data. This action cannot be undone, so please be careful.
